G2G Tactical - Warranty Policy

G2G Tactical, LLC (“G2G Tactical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.  This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and limitations of the warranty coverage provided to customers purchasing  products directly from www.G2GTac.com or from an authorized G2G Tactical dealer within the United States.

1. Warranty Period

All G2G Tactical products include a one (1) year limited warranty beginning from the date of shipment or retail purchase, whichever occurs first. During this period, G2G Tactical will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective  product or component. The method of resolution will be determined solely by G2G Tactical.

2. Coverage

If a G2G Tactical product or component is determined to be defective within the warranty period, G2G Tactical will, at its discretion, either replace the defective item or issue a refund. Replacements will be of equal or comparable value to the original item, subject to availability.

3. Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover the following:
• Products not purchased new from G2G Tactical or an authorized U.S. dealer.
• Damage, malfunction, or corrosion resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, impact,
  alteration, or failure to follow provided instructions.
• Damage due to environmental exposure, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
• Use of the product in industrial, commercial, or professional applications.
• Criminal misuse, negligence, or use while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Any use, sale, or export of the product outside of the United States.
• Unauthorized modifications or attempts to repair the product.

4. How to Submit a Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact G2G Tactical at info@g2gtac.com within the warranty period. Include the following information in your email:
• Your order number or proof of purchase.
• Photos or video of the issue or defective product.
• Description of the defect and circumstances of failure.

Once received, our Product Support Team will review your claim and provide troubleshooting guidance,  follow-up questions, or warranty instructions. Approved claims will be processed promptly, and you will
receive instructions for return shipment or replacement.

5. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, at the sole discretion of G2G Tactical. Under no circumstances shall G2G Tactical, LLC be liable for any incidental, indirect,  consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, death, or property damage, arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Any unauthorized modifications or alterations to G2G Tactical products immediately void this warranty. G2G Tactical is not responsible for any changes, adjustments, or modifications made to firearms or related systems that incorporate our products.

6. Additional Notes

G2G Tactical products are designed for lawful personal use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and safe operation. This warranty does not extend to any third-party accessories or modifications made to integrate G2G Tactical products into other platforms.
