G2G Tactical - Shipping Policy
By placing an order through www.G2GTac.com, you agree to the following Shipping Policy. These terms establish mutual expectations between G2G Tactical, LLC (“G2G Tactical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our customers regarding lead times, carrier performance, tracking, and delivery procedures.
1. Shipping Lead Times
Due to ongoing demand and limited-batch production, current lead times for select items may range from 4–6 weeks. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to scale production to meet demand.
If you wish to inquire about your order status or are unable to wait for fulfillment, please contact us at info@g2gtac.com for immediate assistance. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our authorized U.S. distribution partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
2. Carriers and Delivery
We ship orders using a combination of trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined based on order size, weight, value, and destination. Once a shipment is in transit, delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, location, and seasonal factors.
While G2G Tactical strives for timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions are outside our control. Customers will receive tracking information once their order ships.
3. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
In rare cases, packages may become lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit. These occurrences are outside of G2G Tactical’s control; however, we will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving the matter.
If your tracking number shows no movement after three (3) business days, please contact info@g2gtac.com. Allow up to ten (10) business days for carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, a claim will be initiated with the carrier, and we will follow up with next steps based on the outcome of that claim.
4. Undeliverable or Rejected Packages
If a shipment is returned to G2G Tactical or its distribution partner as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm next steps. Once confirmed, undeliverable orders may be refunded in full (excluding shipping costs) or reshipped at your request and expense.
Rejecting receipt of a package without prior approval will be treated as a return and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional shipping or return fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Tracking data may take up to 24 hours to update within the carrier’s system. If tracking information does not update within three (3) business days, contact us so we may verify carrier status and initiate an investigation if necessary.
6. Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment. Once an order has been fulfilled and processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. Orders canceled after shipping may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
To request a cancellation or order change, contact us immediately at info@g2gtac.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before the order enters the shipping process.
7. Restricted Shipping Regions
G2G Tactical does not ship to the following jurisdictions due to legal restrictions: CA, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI, VA, WA, D.C., any U.S. territories, or international destinations. Orders placed to these locations will be canceled and refunded.
