G2G Tactical - Return Policy

G2G Tactical, LLC (“G2G Tactical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality and performance of every product we sell. This Return Policy outlines the procedures and terms for returning items purchased through www.G2GTac.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

1. General Return Policy

All items sold by G2G Tactical are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If an item you receive is defective, we will make every reasonable effort to replace it or issue a full refund (including shipping costs) if returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. A replacement may be provided upon customer request, subject to availability.

Products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition may be returned within thirty (30) days from the order ship date for a refund, subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Refunds are processed typically within 5–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified error or defect caused by G2G Tactical.

2. Return Authorization

All returns must include a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by G2G Tactical before being shipped back. Packages sent without an RA number will be refused and returned to the sender. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@g2gtac.com and include your order number and reason for return.

3. Return Shipping & Inspection

Please ensure returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once received, all returned products are inspected for condition and compliance with this policy. Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage not caused by G2G Tactical may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Refunds & Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically process within 5–14 business days following inspection approval. In the event of a defective product, a replacement or full refund (including original shipping charges) will be issued according to customer preference.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

G2G Tactical does not ship products to restricted states or jurisdictions. Orders placed to prohibited destinations will be canceled and refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all purchases comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding firearm parts and accessories.

Restricted States: CA, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI, VA, WA, D.C., No U.S. Territories, and no international orders.

6. Order Modification & Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, items cannot be added. Requests to remove items or cancel an order must be submitted before the order has shipped. Once an order is fulfilled and in transit, we cannot modify or cancel it. Orders canceled after shipment may be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
